Baked Lamb Chops

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Get as many french loin lamb chops as are needed.
  2. If desired have bone removed and dressed with a strip of bacon.
  3. Beat well, one egg.
  4. Make one small bowlful of cracker crumbs.
  5. Dip chops first in beaten eggs, then in cracker crumbs.
  6. Place in baking dish, salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Pour melted butter over chops, enough to cover bottom of dish.
  8. Piace several strips of bacon over chops.
  9. Bake for twenty to thirty minutes.
  10. Serve with buttered peas.
