Apple Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Quarter the apples and cook with the water until soft enough to rub through a strainer, adding sugar and spice about 10 min.
  2. Before removing from fire.
  3. If sauce is desired unstrained, core the apples before cooking.
