Apple, Carrot and Raisin Salad
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 quart diced apples
- 7 1/2 cup grated carrots, or cabbage
- 5 1/4 cup chopped raisins
- 1 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 3 1/2 cup cooked salad dressing
Directions
- Combine apples, carrots and raisins.
- Sprinkle with salt and sugar.
- Add dressing and mix lightly with two forks.
- Keep in a cool place until ready to serve.
