Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 well-beaten eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Directions

  1. Mix and sift the flour, sugar, salt and baking-powder.
  2. Add the eggs and milk.
  3. Beat two minutes.
  4. Add the butter.
  5. Bake in well-greased waffle irons.
