Vino Pampeliskove (Dandelion Wine)
Ingredients
- 6 lemons, cut into pieces
- 12 oranges, cut into pieces
- 2 pound raisins
- 5 quart dandelion blossoms
- 20 pound sugar
- 5 gallon water
- 2 yeast cakes
Directions
- Boil water, allow to cool.
- Pour over lemons, oranges, raisins, dandelion blossoms, and sugar.
- Add yeast.
- Let stand 10 days, then strain.
- Let stand again 4 weeks.
- Then put in jugs.
