Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar, for dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, for dressing
  • 2 tablespoon oil, for dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika, for dressing

Directions

  1. Cut the peeled tomatoes and cucumber in one-third inch cubes, mix with the onion chopped fine.
  2. Add the dressing, which has been well mixed, and allow to stand ten minutes in a cold place.
  3. Serve on head lettuce.
