Upside-Down Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound ground ham
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 slices pineapple
- maraschino cherry
- brown sugar
Directions
- Combine and mix well ham, pork, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, pepper.
- Arrange in bottom of well-greased pan pineapple slices with a maraschino cherry in each.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake in moderate oven (325f) for about 1 1/2 hours.
