
Tuna Crunch Salad
Ingredients
- 7 ounce can tuna
- 3 tablespoon chopped pickle
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 bag potato chips, crushed
- deviled eggs
- tomato, wedges
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Chill.
- Add cabbage and toss.
- Add potato chips just before serving, toss.
- Heap in lettuce-lined bowl.
- Garnish with eggs and tomato wedges.
