Tuna Crunch Salad

Ingredients

  • 7 ounce can tuna
  • 3 tablespoon chopped pickle
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 bag potato chips, crushed
  • deviled eggs
  • tomato, wedges

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients.
  2. Chill.
  3. Add cabbage and toss.
  4. Add potato chips just before serving, toss.
  5. Heap in lettuce-lined bowl.
  6. Garnish with eggs and tomato wedges.
