Stewed Sheep's Feet
Ingredients
- 6 sheep feet
- butter, or dripping
- a few onions
- parsley
- pepper
Directions
- Clean the feet, take off the hoofs and remove the black part between the claws; put them into a frying-pan with the dripping, and brown slightly then turn all into the stew-pan, add water, and stew gently for three or four hours.
