Shad Roe Appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 can shad roe
- 3 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
- 2 tablespoon Durkee's meat sauce
- 3 teaspoon finely chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
Directions
- Mix thoroughly and chill.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
