Savoury Horn

Ingredients

  • 2 oz cheese pastry
  • savoury filling
  • beaten egg

Directions

  1. Roll the pastry out thinly and stamp into 2 1/2-inch rounds.
  2. Damp one edge of each round, and fold the pastry round the outside of a metal horn case.
  3. Brush over with egg and bake in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool, and fill as desired,.
