Sausage Patties

Ingredients

  • pork
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • sage
  • thyme
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Equal amount of lean and fat fresh pork, ground.
  2. To each pound of this mixture, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, pinch each of sage and thyme.
  3. Me.
  4. Add one egg beaten, mould into cakes and fry until brown.
  5. Wonder with pancakes or waffles.
