Salmon Salad
Ingredients
- 1 gram canned salmon, (8 pounds)
- 2 quart sliced celery
- 2 2/3 cup sliced pickle
- 16 hard cooked eggs
- 1 1/2 quart cooked salad dressing
- lettuce
Directions
- Drain salmon.
- Flake with a fork.
- Add celery, pickle, diced egg and salad dressing, tossing together lightly with two forks.
- Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
