Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 gram canned salmon, (8 pounds)
  • 2 quart sliced celery
  • 2 2/3 cup sliced pickle
  • 16 hard cooked eggs
  • 1 1/2 quart cooked salad dressing
  • lettuce

Directions

  1. Drain salmon.
  2. Flake with a fork.
  3. Add celery, pickle, diced egg and salad dressing, tossing together lightly with two forks.
  4. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
