Rice Pudding II

Ingredients

  • 3 ounce rice
  • 2 quart milk
  • sugar, to taste
  • pinch salt
  • nutmeg, to taste

Directions

  1. Bake in a slow oven two hours, or until the rice is thoroughly cooked, and the milk is of the consistency of rich cream.
