Raw Potato Pancakes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine milk, eggs, salt, baking powder, and flour and beat slightly with dover beater to blend well.
  2. Add potatoes immediately after grated to prevent discoloration.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls on hot well-greased skillet (bacon drippings are excellent for additional flavor).
  4. Fry to golden brown on both sides.
  5. After browned, fry more slowly until done.
