Prawn Cocktail

Directions

1. Prepare 1/2 pint prawns, and chop (reserving several for garnishing).
2. Mix with a little cocktail sauce; add lemon juice to taste if desired.
3. Arrange a few lettuce leaves in a wide glass, and pile the mixture in the centre.
4. Decorate with the prawns.
5. If preferred, omit lettuce and decorate with a few prawns round the sides of the glass.
6. Make crab, lobster or oyster cocktail in the same way,.
