Prawn Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/2 pint prawns
- cocktail sauce
- lemon juice
- lettuce, leaves
Directions
- Prepare 1/2 pint prawns, and chop (reserving several for garnishing).
- Mix with a little cocktail sauce; add lemon juice to taste if desired.
- Arrange a few lettuce leaves in a wide glass, and pile the mixture in the centre.
- Decorate with the prawns.
- If preferred, omit lettuce and decorate with a few prawns round the sides of the glass.
- Make crab, lobster or oyster cocktail in the same way,.
