
Potato Omelette
Ingredients
- 2 large white potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 pint milk
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- pepper
- salt
Directions
- Boil 2 large white potatoes, cut them in dice shape.
- Mix all the ingredients together; through this dredge a little flour.
- Butter your dish, dredge a little flour on top, and bake brown in a quick oven.
