Pork Feet and Greens

Ingredients

  • pork feet
  • water
  • spinach
  • greens

Directions

  1. Wash the pork feet.
  2. Cover them with cold water and cook them (do not boil) for about 2 or 3 hours, until tender.
  3. Season, and serve on hot platter with spinach or other greens.
Note: Serve with Creamed Potatoes
