Pork Feet and Greens
Ingredients
- pork feet
- water
- spinach
- greens
Directions
- Wash the pork feet.
- Cover them with cold water and cook them (do not boil) for about 2 or 3 hours, until tender.
- Season, and serve on hot platter with spinach or other greens.
