
Pineapple Trifle
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon pineapple juice
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 pint cream
- assorted fruits
Directions
- Cook pineapple juice, sugar and eggs in double boiler until mixture thickens.
- Set aside to chill.
- Just before serving, whip cream and add.
- Cut fruit in small pieces—you may use oranges, pineapple, strawberries or any fruits and berries in season.
- Chill fruit and mix with trifle.
