Pattigman Bakkels
Ingredients
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoon whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon brandy
- 2 1/2 cup flour
Directions
- Add ingredients as given, mix well.
- Roll thin and cut in diamond shapes, slashing a hole in the center.
- Fry in hot lard.
