Oat and Corn-flour Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cup rolled oats, ground
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup corn flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon melted fat

Directions

  1. Mix the melted fat, liquid, syrup, and egg.
  2. Add the well-mixed dry ingredients.
  3. Bake as a loaf in a moderately hot oven for one hour or longer.
  4. Nuts or raisins may be added, if desired.
