Mock Duck

Ingredients

  • 1 thick round steak
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • tablespoon onion, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • poultry seasoning

Directions

  1. To make dressing beat eggs, add milk and pour over bread crumbs.
  2. Add the onion, seasoning and work in t he butter mixing thoroughly.
  3. Spread the dressing over the meat and roll up carefully.
  4. Fasten with skewers or tie with string.
  5. Place in a greased pan and bake in medium hot oven (375f) for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Slice to serve.
