Meat Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup leftover meat
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 /3 cup chopped pepper
  • 1/4 cup drippings
  • salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Add flour to drippings and blend, add milk gradually and cook, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  2. Stir in the salt, onion and green pepper.
  3. Mix cut up meat into the gravy and pour it into pastry lined baking dish.
  4. Top with crust and bake in hot oven (425f) for 25 minutes.
