Liver and Bacon Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices liver
  • 8 slices bacon
  • cream
  • bread

Directions

  1. Have liver sliced very thin.
  2. Brown with bacon until crisp and done.
  3. Mince both liver and bacon together.
  4. Add enough cream to make a paste that is easy to spread on slices of bread.
  5. Hard cooked eggs and capers may be chopped and added if desired.
