Lemon Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract, or 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix sugar, flour and salt.
- Slowly add the hot water.
- Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
- Add flavoring and butter.
