Lamb Gravy

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon drippings
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place half of the drippings in a sauce-pan.
  2. Add the four, and allow it to brown.
  3. Add slowly the water, salt and the rest of the drippings (two tablespoonsful).
  4. Boil one minute.
