Krumkake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Beat eggs and add sugar.
  2. Add melted butter and flour.
  3. Place 1 teaspoonful of dough on krumkake iron and bake to a very light brown.
