Khoshaf (Dried Fruit Salad)

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce mixed dried fruit
  • 2 tablespoon raisins
  • 2 tablespoon quartered almonds
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 cup water

Directions

  1. Add sugar to water and boil for five minutes; add the rest of ingredients.
  2. Continue to boil for another minute; reduce heat and cook for seven minutes.
  3. Set aside to cool, then chill.
  4. Serve cold, garnished with whipped cream.
