Kartoffel Kloese (Potato Dumplings)

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes, peel and grate.
  2. Add to this the three eggs slightly beaten.
  3. Stir in flour and salt.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Mold into small balls.
  6. Boil 15 minutes in left-over meat or chicken gravy or in water, keeping cover on kettle.
