Jazyk, Ledviny, Srdce na Kyselo (Fresh Tongue, Kidney, Heart with Sour Cream Gravy)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour boiling water over the tongue and peel.
  2. Wash and prepare heart and kidneys.
  3. Place into a kettle of cold water with other ingredients.
  4. Boil slowly until it seems tender when pierced with a fork.
  5. Remove meat and cut into small pieces.
  6. Strain broth and put meat back into it.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Mix sour cream, flour, vinegar and pepper, thicken mixture as for thin gravy.
  9. Serve.
  10. This may be made with any one of the above meats.
