Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon pimiento

Directions

  1. Melt butter and add flour.
  2. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until mixture boils.
  3. Drain horse-radish, combine with lemon juice, seasonings, and pimiento.
  4. Add to cream sauce.
  5. Serve hot with brisket of beef.
Note: Serve with brisket of beef
