Head Lettuce

Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce

Directions

  1. Remove the outside leaves and the core.
  2. Soak in cold water with one-half teaspoon salt in it, with the head of the lettuce down.
  3. Cut into quarters.
  4. Serve a quarter as a portion.
