Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup stock
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

  1. Remove the pot roast meat from the kettle.
  2. Strain the stock into a bowl.
  3. To the flour, add the water.
  4. Mix well, and gradually add the stock.
  5. Mix and cook one minute.
  6. Pour the gravy over the meat and reserve the remaining stock and vegetables for soup.
