Grapefruit and Crab Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 grapefruits
- 8 cooked asparagus, tips
- 2 tablespoon crab meat
- seasoning
- 2 tablespoon salad oil
- 4 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- chopped parsley
Directions
- Cut the grapefruits in half, carefully remove the flesh, chop and place in the skins or in glasses.
- Mix the asparagus with the oil, lemon juice and seasoning, pile on the grapefruit, and top each with a little crab.
- To decorate, put 1 teaspoon mayonnaise on each portion, and garnish with parsley,.
