Fresh Salmon en Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can salmon
- 4 small onions
- 4 small potatoes
Directions
- Remove all the skin and bones from the pieces, which should be about three inches square; put on fire in cold water and let simmer.
- Peel onions, simmer in cold water, drain after ten minutes, and then return to boil until tender.
- Do likewise with potatoes, quartered.
- Put the pieces of fish into the casserole, and the potatoes and onions.
- Season and strain the fish broth over the whole.
- Cover and put in oven for half an hour.
