Fresh Peas And New Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 cup peas
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 12 small new potatoes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes and peas in separate pans, in salted water until soft and almost free of water.
  2. Mix the peas and potatoes and add the milk.
  3. Bring to the boiling point then add the butter and flour which have been blended smooth and cook until thickened.
