Fresh Peas And New Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 cup peas
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 12 small new potatoes
- 1 1/2 teaspoon flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Cook potatoes and peas in separate pans, in salted water until soft and almost free of water.
- Mix the peas and potatoes and add the milk.
- Bring to the boiling point then add the butter and flour which have been blended smooth and cook until thickened.
