Fillet of Sole (Stuffed)

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets of petrale sole
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1/2 clove garlic

Directions

  1. Place 1 fillet in bottom of baking dish.
  2. Cover with a layer of mushrooms and sprinkle with 5 or 6 drops of garlic juice.
  3. Cover with second fillet.
  4. Place butter on top of fillet.
  5. Bake in covered dish at 350f for 10 to 16 minutes.
  6. Drain off liquor from baked fish.
  7. Make a white sauce using some of the fish liquor.
  8. Cover the fillets with the sauce.
  9. Garnish and serve.
