Dutch Country Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 pound beef, ground
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 pound pork, ground
  • 2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 pound veal, ground
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cup milk
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Soak bread crumbs in milk for a few minutes.
  2. Combine the meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onions and seasoning.
  3. Mix thoroughly and shape into a loaf.
  4. Place in roasting pan, add 1/2 inch of water and bake in medium oven (375f) 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
