Duck Un Kraut
Ingredients
- duck
- 2 quart sauerkraut
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
- potatoes
Directions
- Prepare a young duck for roasting.
- Place in a roasting pan and add sauerkraut, water and sugar.
- Cover and bake until duck is tender and golden brown.
- Serve with creamy mashed potatoes.
