Deviled Clams

Ingredients

  • 25 clams
  • 5 hardboiled eggs
  • 1 large boiled potato
  • 1/2 teacup butter
  • 1 raw egg
  • 1 small onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley

Directions

  1. Beat potato, butter and yolks together; chop whites and onion.
  2. Dip in cracker dust, fry, and place in shells.
