Derby Croutes
Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce margarine
- seasoning
- 2 ounce minced ham
- 1 egg yolk
- a pinch of dried herbs
- rounds of buttered toast
- sliced pickled walnuts
Directions
- Melt the fat, add the ham, herbs, seasoning and egg yolk, and heat.
- Pile on the toast, and garnish with walnut.
