Custard Filling

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat milk in double boiler.
  2. Mix cornstarch, salt, and sugar with a little milk.
  3. Cook until it thickens.
  4. Add egg yolks and cook a minute longer.
  5. Beat well.
  6. Add vanilla and butter.
  7. When cool place the custard mixture in the puffs.
