
Cucumber and Celery Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bunch celery
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 3 bunches radishes
- French dressing
Directions
- Trim and wash celery and, having cut it lengthwise into fine strips, let it remain in cold water for half an hour.
- Peel cucumber and cut in strips like the celery.
- Mix the celery and cucumber with the salad dressing.
- Garnish it with radishes, cut like roses, slices of hard-boiled eggs and sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
- Serve on lettuce.
