Cucumber and Celery Salad

Directions

1. Trim and wash celery and, having cut it lengthwise into fine strips, let it remain in cold water for half an hour.
2. Peel cucumber and cut in strips like the celery.
3. Mix the celery and cucumber with the salad dressing.
4. Garnish it with radishes, cut like roses, slices of hard-boiled eggs and sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
5. Serve on lettuce.
