Creamed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced cooked potatoes
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Melt the butter, add the flour and salt, mix well, and add the milk slowly.
- Cook until creamy, and add the potatoes and the chopped green pepper.
- Serve very hot.
