Creamed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced cooked potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Melt the butter, add the flour and salt, mix well, and add the milk slowly.
  2. Cook until creamy, and add the potatoes and the chopped green pepper.
  3. Serve very hot.
