Creamed Onions

Ingredients

  • 6 onions
  • 1 1/2 cup vegetable white sauce

Directions

  1. Peel six medium sized onions under cold water.
  2. Place in a stew-pan and cover with boiling water.
  3. Boil five minutes, drain, cover again with boiling water and cook ten minutes.
  4. Drain, recover with boiling water and cook ten minutes longer or until tender.
  5. Serve with hot white sauce.
