Creamed Onions
Ingredients
- 6 onions
- 1 1/2 cup vegetable white sauce
Directions
- Peel six medium sized onions under cold water.
- Place in a stew-pan and cover with boiling water.
- Boil five minutes, drain, cover again with boiling water and cook ten minutes.
- Drain, recover with boiling water and cook ten minutes longer or until tender.
- Serve with hot white sauce.
