Escalloped Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked onions
  • 3 tablespoon fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable white sauce
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. Mix the onions with the white sauce and pour into a buttered baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter and add the fresh bread crumbs.
  3. Place the buttered crumbs on top of the onions.
  4. Brown the mixture in the oven (about fifteen minutes).
