
Cranberry Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup pineapple, syrup
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 package cherry gelatin
Directions
- Combine cranberries and sugar.
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
- Add syrup.
- Chill until partially set.
- Add cranberry mixture, nuts, pineapple, and celery.
- Pour into mold.
