Cranberry Orange Salad
Ingredients
- 1 quart cranberries
- 1 orange
- 2 cup sugar
- 4 apples, diced
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 2 packages cherry gelatin
- 2 cup boiling water
Directions
- Grind the cranberries and orange and cover them with sugar.
- Let it stand for about two hours.
- Combine the gelatin and boiling water.
- When the gelatin begins to set, add the pineapple, apples and the first mixture.
- Pour this into any desirable container.
