Cold Tea Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon rind
  • 1/4 pint rum
  • 3 ounce castor sugar
  • 1/4 pint brandy
  • 1 1/2 pint tea

Directions

  1. Grate the lemon rind and blend it with the sugar.
  2. Pour on the freshly made tea, stir well, and set aside to become thoroughly cold.
  3. Strain carefully, and add the rum and brandy.
